Bria Bryant is a results-driven communications leader with 15-years of experience reinvigorating legacy brands and developing disruptive cross-channel campaigns that connect them to culture.Bria joined Havas North America after eight years at MSL, where she most recently oversaw the award-winning Procter & Gamble Feminine Care portfolio and served as an active member of the agency’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and Strategy Center of Excellence. Prior to MSL, Bria used her propensity for insights mining and strategy to identify barriers among multi-generational and multi-ethnic groups to develop successful campaigns for various Fortune 500 companies through her work at Footsteps Group and Haute Behavior, a boutique experiential marketing and public relations agency she co-founded.A champion for diversity and inclusion in all forms, Bria has a passion for breaking down barriers women face, addressing cultural taboos, and empowering people of color through both her client work and agency programs and processes. Since joining Havas, she has played an integral role in strategy and communication for Commit to Change, the North America network’s DE&I initiative, as well as amplifying the work of multiple agency ERGs.Outside her professional efforts, Bria is an outspoken advocate who spends her time giving back to her alma mater, Spelman College, and other HBCUs.
