Michelle Lavipour is Global Head of Brand Communications at Diageo, the global leader in beverage alcohol with 200 brands operating in 180 countries. In her role, Michelle leads corporate storytelling globally across Diageo’s brands, marketing, innovation, and diversity and inclusion strategy. She also sits on the Global Marketing Leadership Team of the business. She previously worked in Diageo’s UK Corporate Relations team and was Corporate Communications Manager UK and Ireland at PepsiCo.
Prior to going in house, Michelle worked at agencies Edelman and Pagefield on a broad range of clients across FMCG, media, pharmaceuticals and the third sector. Michelle holds a master’s degree in International Political Theory from the University of Edinburgh.
